We had the pleasure of producing the corporate careers showcase film supporting recruitment for the teams at Château de la Croix des Gardes, highlighting all the talent that brings this exceptional venue to life.
Gardeners, chefs, hostesses and many other roles take centre stage in a film that reflects the passion and expertise of every team member. A great opportunity to celebrate those who contribute every day to the château’s elegance and prestige.
Our Approach
From script to final cut, a 100% in-house film.
Pre-Production
Concept writing, location scouting inside the château, selection of the staff to feature. Shoot schedule built around the venue’s day-to-day operations.
Filming
Cinematic footage of each role in action — kitchen, gardens, front of house, housekeeping. Art direction that honours the prestige of the venue.
Post-Production
Dynamic editing, careful colour grading, sound design and motion graphics. Delivered in 16:9 landscape broadcast and 9:16 vertical versions for HR social media.
