What is the average cost of monthly community management in Cannes?
Our packages start at €1,490/month excl. VAT (Essential, 3 platforms), €2,990/month excl. VAT for Premium (the most popular, 4 platforms + ads included), and from €5,990/month excl. VAT for Signature (multi-platform, dedicated account manager, events included). Sliding-scale rates for commitments beyond 6 months.
Do I need to commit for 12 months?
No. A minimum 6-month commitment allows for a proper discovery phase + production + first results. Sliding-scale rates beyond that. You can upgrade at any time, with quarterly adjustments possible.
Do you handle the content, OR the content AND community management?
Both. Our strength is producing the content (photos, videos, motion) AND managing it on social media. This guarantees consistent quality, visual coherence and optimised costs. Our packages include both. You can also book production only (one-off sessions) if you manage your accounts in-house.
How many posts per month does each package include?
Essential: 12 feed posts + 30 Stories. Premium: 20 posts + 4 Reels/TikToks + 50 Stories. Signature: unlimited production (within reason). Volumes are indicative and can be adapted to your priority platforms.
Can you manage several accounts (hotel groups, multi-brand)?
Yes, it is actually one of our specialities. We manage multi-site hotel groups, brands with several branches (corporate / product / lifestyle), and CEOs with both a personal and a company account. Special rates for multiple accounts.
How does content creation work (where, when, who approves)?
Monthly shoots planned in advance (usually 1 day/month). Locations: your premises, our Cannes studio, or outdoors on the Côte d’Azur. Editorial calendar approved upfront, content delivered before publication, final approval by you via a private platform.
Are ad budgets included or billed separately?
Premium package: €500/month ad budget included. Signature package: full management of the client’s budget (you pay Meta/TikTok directly, we handle the strategy). Essential package: ads optional (management fee of 15-20% of the budget). Always fully transparent: detailed reporting every month.
Do you work with international brands (English, other languages)?
Yes. Our team is bilingual in French and English. We regularly work with international clients (US, UK, Italy, Middle East). Native English content production, bilingual copywriting, multi-country ad targeting. Bilingual contract documentation available.
