The Brief
Capturing an Olympic medallist after her podium finish.
Fresh from the podium at the 2024 Olympic Games, pole vault bronze medallist Alysha Newman gave us a unique moment to capture.
Aboard a yacht in an idyllic setting, medal in hand, we captured the essence of her success and determination — in an atmosphere blending elegance and Olympic pride.
Our Approach
Elegance, Olympic pride and an exceptional setting.
Setting & Staging
Photoshoot aboard a yacht under way. Coordinated with the captain to catch the late-afternoon light and the specific angles needed for sports portrait photography.
Capture
Portrait and wide shots, medal in hand, plus drone footage of the yacht under way. Multiple sessions — lifestyle, editorial and Olympic symbolism.
Art Direction
Styling, posing and natural sunset light. A visual signature blending athletic spirit with the glamour of the Côte d’Azur.
