<\/strong>Media Sud Productions offers a range of personalized services tailored to the specific needs of each customer. 4. Rights of use<\/strong>
<\/strong>Unless otherwise specified, the customer has the right to use the images and videos delivered. He is authorized to use these contents on all his internal and external communication media, as well as press, TV, etc. media. It is strictly forbidden to resell or commercialize the images and videos supplied by Media Sud Productions without prior written authorization. Any non-conforming use may be prosecuted. Media Sud Productions reserves the right to use the images and videos produced for promotional purposes (portfolio, social networks, website), unless the customer expressly forbids such use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Delivery of Services<\/strong>
<\/strong>Unless otherwise specified, photos are delivered within 5 working days of the shoot. For videos, a first version is sent to the customer within 7 working days. A revision is included for videos: the customer can request any changes he or she wishes, which will be made by Media Sud Productions. Any additional modification requests will be invoiced additionally. Final files are delivered in digital format via a secure download link.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Liability and Force Majeure<\/strong>
<\/strong>Media Sud Productions undertakes to provide high-quality services, but cannot be held responsible for delays or impossibility of delivery in cases of force majeure (bad weather, technical breakdowns, accidents, health incidents, etc.). Any complaint concerning a service must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery. After this period, no claim can be taken into account. In the event of cancellation of a service by the customer after acceptance of the quotation, Media Sud Productions reserves the right to charge an indemnity corresponding to the costs incurred and the loss of profit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Acceptance of Conditions<\/strong>
<\/strong>All orders placed with Media Sud Productions imply full acceptance of the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale. 8. Non-Solicitation Undertaking<\/strong>
<\/strong>The customer undertakes not to directly contact, recruit or employ any collaborator, employee or service provider who has worked on his project for Media Sud Productions, for a period of 12 months after the end of the collaboration. Any attempt at direct solicitation will result in prosecution and may give rise to compensation in the amount of the loss suffered by Media Sud Productions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

9.<\/strong> Obligation to validate content<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The customer undertakes to examine and approve the deliverables within 7 days of their availability. After this period, any requested modifications may be invoiced extra. In the absence of any return from the customer within this period, the deliverables will be considered validated and accepted as is.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

10. Travel conditions and incidental expenses<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For all services requiring travel outside the Bassin Cannois area, transport costs will be applied on the basis of 50\u20ac HT \/ hour. Where applicable, accommodation and catering costs will be invoiced in addition. These costs will be specified in the quote and must be paid in advance. Media Sud Productions cannot be held responsible for delays due to transport or unforeseen logistical circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

11. Applicable Law and Disputes
<\/strong>These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable solution before taking any legal action. Failing agreement, any dispute will fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Cannes courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
